Hello Guardians! We've updated our formulas and calculations to reflect Bungie's changes from the Season 23 March Update. Today's patch notes come courtesy of Andromeda, one of our beloved Rust devs who worked on these changes.
Patch 7.3.5
What is included
- Crucible health increased by 30. (we only store health plus shields currently) range is now 215.001 - 230.00
- Pulse Rifles, Auto Rifles, Sidearms, and Scout Rifles
- crit damage calculated increase by 1.14
- Hand Cannons
- crit damage calculated increase by 1.10 (1.158 in code to deal with lower base damage)
- base damage reduced to .95
- Submachine Guns
- crit damage calculated increase by 1.125 (1.16)
- base damage reduced to .97
- Bows
- base damage reduced to .85
- Trace Rifles, Shotguns, Machineguns, and Fusion Rifles
- base damage increased to 1.2
- Glaives
- projectile damage increased by 1.2
- we dont support melee damage so no change for that
- Fighting Lion
- Forerunner
- increased base damage by 1.2
- Lightweight Frame Scout Rifles
- increased base damage by 1.05 (this isnt a calculated change)
- Precision Frame Rocket Launchers
- base damage changed from .9 -> .95 (this isnt a calculated change)
- Vex Mythoclast
- ADS damage scalar from 1.5 -> 1.7
- Perks
- Spike Grenades
- reduced impact damage scale from 1.5 -> 1.125
- Tex Balanced Stock
- add +20 range in addition to other buffs
- Bait and Switch
- reduced buff from 1.35 -> 1.30
- Target Lock
- SMGs now start at 20% of magazine
- Envious Assassin
- Max magazine is 200% of base
- Adjusted slider to be 0 - 20 instead of 0 - 15
- Peacekeepers
- Reduced handling to 50 from 100 (this was from update 7.3.0.5)
What is not included
- Hakke Breach Armaments
- need to double check if patch notes are correct
- Loose Change
- unknown if there is an actual AA stat increase
- Ex Diris
- weapon isnt supported yet
- Caster Frame Swords (my beloved)
- weapon frame isnt supported yet
- High Impact Frame Rocket Launcher
- ratio of explosive v impact damage is unchanged... it is possible to implement but waiting for more info to come out
- Heavy Grenade Launchers
- need to work on explosive v impact damage as a whole tbh... needs a redo
- Heavy Wave Frame Grenade Launchers
- not yet supported ... good ol explosive v impact strikes again
